Assembly Candidate Lucretia Regina-Potter

Lucretia Regina-Potter, candidate for the NYS Assembly in the 46th Assembly District, was cheered by community and political leaders at an event Wednesday evening at Gargiulo’s Restaurant in Coney Island.
Supporters cheered as former Republican Assemblyman Arnaldo A Ferraro highlighted the community experience and integrity of the Regina-Potter, with many Brooklyn Republican leaders, representatives from several organizations, and activists in attendance supporting her.
NY State Senator Marty Golden, Brooklyn Republican Party Chairman Craig Eaton, Brooklyn Conservative Party Chairman Gerry Kassar, and Jason Weingartner from the NYS GOP attended and addressed the crowd at the event. All are unified behind her candidacy and spoke high praises for Lucretia, describing her as the most qualified, determined and hard working candidate for the office of the NYS Assembly.
Lucretia Regina-Potter, who is currently the Republican District Leader in the 46th Assembly District, was born and raised in Brooklyn. She is the daughter of an Italian-immigrant father and a Brooklyn native mother. She is married for 25 years and is the mother of two children. She attended St. Francis Cabrini grammar school, Bishop Kearney High School and Fordham University where she received a B.A. degree. Lucretia is a Design Consultant at Bari Tile and Stone in Brooklyn. She is a member of many business executive and local community groups and supports several local youth soccer and athletic programs. She is a very active, concerned mother and visible member of the community. Lucretia believes in traditional family values and that our community is home sweet home.
Politically, Lucretia is currently a member of the Executive Committee and Director of Communications of the Fiorello LaGuardia Republican Organization. She is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Kings County Republican Party, a sustaining member of the Republican National Committee and the National Federation of Republican Women. .
“I was born, raised and grew up in Brooklyn. I still enjoy the beaches, the shopping, and the hometown feel of our area. Brooklyn is the best county in the nation with the best people and it deserves the very best leadership! People who are raised in a community such as ours know what our neighborhood concerns are. As a Republican Leader, I have the experience and know how to deal with many issues concerning our quality of life. I am dedicated to the concerns of our families, neighborhood improvement, and helping the small business owner who is the backbone of any community. A victory in the 46th Assembly District will be a victory for all the residents of our community,” Lucretia Regina-Potter said.
Lucretia Regina-Potter is the Republican-Conservative-Independent People’s Choice candidate in the November 3rd election to fill the vacancy left by the former Assemblyman. The district includes Sea Gate, Coney Island, Brighton Beach, Bath Beach, Dyker Heights, Bay Ridge and Gravesend.
